Refunds, withdrawals, or capital returns may take up to 90 days (3 months) for proper processing, verification, and settlement.

7. Document Safety Responsibility

Investors are responsible for keeping all company documents and information safe, including:

• Receipts
• Confirmation codes
• Emails
• Payment proof
• Any official company documents

8. Claim Verification

Profit claims, refunds, or investment verification can only be processed with valid company records and proper identification.

9. Transparency & Accountability

10. Dispute Resolution

In case of misunderstanding or dispute, both the investor and the company agree to first seek peaceful dialogue, understanding, and mutual resolution before considering legal action.

Agricultural investments may require patience due to farming cycles, market conditions, weather conditions, and harvest periods.

12. Respect & Professional Conduct

Investors and company representatives are expected to maintain mutual respect, honesty, and professionalism in all communications and transactions.
