Aremu Bolanle Bolarinwa, popularly known as Sisi Ayoola, is a Financial Expert, Investment Consultant, Farmer, and Advocate for Women's Empowerment.

She was born and raised in Alakuko, Lagos State, Nigeria, into a family of seven. As the first child and first daughter of her parents, she grew up alongside four younger siblings. Although the family lived in Lagos, her parents are natives of Iwo, Osun State — a place that would later become the turning point of her life.

In 2008, she visited Iwo for what was intended to be a short holiday. Unknown to her at the time, that visit would completely alter the course of her life. What was meant to be temporary became permanent. Drawn by the peace, safety, and simplicity of life in Iwo, she made the decision not to return to Lagos. She believed Allah was redirecting her path towards a greater purpose.

Determined to build a better future, she remained in Iwo and focused on personal development. She studied Auxiliary Nursing for three years and graduated successfully. Along the way, she got married and spent approximately six to seven years as a full-time housewife, living a quiet life with limited access to the internet and modern opportunities.

Life during this period was not without challenges. Financial hardship and uncertainty were constant realities, yet she remained steadfast in her commitment to honesty and integrity.

Several childhood friends living abroad entrusted her with funds whenever they sent money home to Nigeria. Despite facing personal financial difficulties, she never misused or diverted any of the money entrusted to her care.

Even when some friends encouraged her to use the funds temporarily for business purposes and repay them later, she declined. For her, trust and integrity were more valuable than short-term financial relief.

Recognizing opportunities within agriculture, she advised some of these friends to invest their idle funds in palm oil, cattle, farmland, and other agricultural ventures. While they embraced the idea, many delegated the management of their investments to relatives and family members. Unfortunately, several of those ventures failed due to poor accountability, greed, and mismanagement.

Following those experiences, many of her friends approached her directly and requested that she oversee their investments. Their confidence in her honesty and sense of responsibility laid the foundation for what would become a successful investment journey.

That decision marked the beginning of her professional investment career. In 2020, she managed her first palm oil investment valued at ₦7 million. The venture was successful, profitable, and transparent. As investors shared their positive experiences with neighbours, relatives, colleagues, and business associates, referrals began to grow organically.

Over time, more people began approaching her for assistance with palm oil investment, farmland acquisition, agricultural project development, land purchases, cattle investment, and cooperative savings and contribution schemes.

Before investment management became her primary focus, she was widely known for producing and selling Islamic traditional herbal medicine, commonly referred to as Agbo Sunnah.

Many people knew her as Sisi Ayoola Alagbo Sunnah, particularly because of the guidance and herbal support she provided to numerous individuals seeking alternative wellness solutions. Her reputation spread beyond Nigeria, earning her recognition among clients and supporters in different parts of the world.

As her investment activities expanded, one of her close associates advised her to formalise the business structure through official registration. This recommendation led to the establishment of SISI AYOOLA INVESTMENT NIGERIA LIMITED, a company built on the principles of transparency, accountability, integrity, and sustainable wealth creation.

The company was officially incorporated with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) in 2023 under Registration Number 7549700.

Following incorporation, she began documenting and sharing the company's activities, agricultural projects, investment milestones, and success stories through Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms. As visibility increased, people travelled from various states across Nigeria and from different countries abroad to verify the business operations and establish direct relationships with the company.

Through consistent performance and transparent business practices, SISI AYOOLA INVESTMENT NIGERIA LIMITED earned recognition and trust from clients across different parts of the world.

Today, SISI AYOOLA INVESTMENT NIGERIA LIMITED provides services that help individuals and organisations acquire farmland, establish agricultural projects, monitor farm operations, harvest agricultural produce, invest in cash crops, and build long-term wealth through agriculture and real estate.

As of 2026, the company manages over 830 acres of farmland on behalf of clients and investors, while directly owning and cultivating more than 1,000 acres of farmland through its agricultural operations.

Its agricultural activities include the cultivation and management of palm trees, cocoa, cashew, cassava, yam, and other agricultural investments. The company's investment portfolio includes palm oil investments valued at over ₦150 million and cattle investments exceeding ₦50 million.

Through her life experiences, marriage challenges, and personal struggles, Aremu Bolanle Bolarinwa discovered another purpose connected to her journey: empowering women. She observed that many women struggle because they lack financial independence, confidence, self-worth, or access to valuable skills. This realisation inspired her to use her platform to encourage women to become financially stable, entrepreneurial, skilled, and self-confident.

Over the years, she has become deeply committed to women's empowerment, financial literacy and awareness, cooperative support systems, business consultation, and personal growth mentorship.

At a defining moment in her life, she told herself: "This is what I was created for — helping people build their future with ease." That conviction continues to guide her work today.

The same determination that drove her business journey also inspired her educational pursuit. After becoming a mother of five children, she made the courageous decision to return to school and continue pursuing her dreams. She refused to allow age, motherhood, or societal expectations to limit her aspirations.

Determined to strengthen her educational foundation, she returned to secondary school classes to improve her commercial knowledge and prepare herself for higher education. In 2024, she successfully sat for WAEC, NABTEB, NECO, and JAMB. She passed her JAMB and gained admission into a university in 2025 to study Business Administration.

Today, through trustworthiness, transparency, and accountability, SISI AYOOLA INVESTMENT NIGERIA LIMITED has developed into a respected agricultural investment and business development company. The company exports Nigerian products, including charcoal, cocoa, palm oil, garri, yam, elubo, and other agricultural products.

Beyond agriculture and exports, the company has helped many individuals overcome financial hardship through its cooperative and contribution programmes, which have operated successfully since 2021 without any record of fraud, failed accountability, or reputational concerns.

From humble beginnings, Allah raised Aremu Bolanle Bolarinwa into a woman of purpose, impact, and influence. Her story demonstrates that honesty still pays, consistency creates growth, faith can change destiny, women can rebuild their lives at any stage, and background does not determine the future.
