My name is Aremu Bolanle Bolarinwa, popularly known as Sisi Ayoola — a Financial Expert, Investment Consultant, Farmer, and Advocate for Women Empowerment.

I was born and raised in Alakuko, Lagos State, Nigeria, into a family of seven. I am the first child and first daughter of my parents, blessed with four younger siblings. Although we lived in Lagos, my parents are natives of Iwo, Osun State — a place that would later become the turning point of my life.

In 2008, I came to Iwo for a holiday visit, never knowing that a simple holiday would completely change my destiny. What was meant to be temporary became permanent. I decided not to return to Lagos because of the peace, safety, and simplicity of life in Iwo. Deep inside me, I felt Allah was redirecting my path toward something greater.

I stayed back to focus on building myself and learning skills that could shape my future. I learnt Auxiliary Nursing for three years and graduated successfully. Along the line, I got married and became a full housewife for about 6–7 years, living a quiet life with little or no access to the internet.

Life was not easy financially. There were moments of hardship and uncertainty, but one thing I never compromised was honesty.

I had childhood friends, some living abroad in the diaspora, who trusted me enough to keep money for them whenever they sent funds home. Despite my difficult financial condition at the time, I never touched or misused anyone's money. Even when some of them encouraged me to use the money for business and return it later, I refused because I valued trust and integrity more than temporary comfort.

One day, I suggested to some of my friends that instead of leaving money idle, they should invest in things like palm oil, cattle, farmland, and agricultural products. They agreed and handed the projects to family members and relatives to manage, but unfortunately, many of those investments failed because of greed, lack of accountability, and selfishness.

After those bad experiences, my friends began pleading with me to manage investments on their behalf because they trusted my honesty and accountability. Reluctantly, I accepted. That decision became the beginning of my investment journey.

My very first palm oil investment in 2020 was worth ₦7 million. The investment was successful, profitable, and transparent. Slowly, my friends began telling other people — neighbors, relatives, colleagues, and business partners — about how they invested with me without stories, scams, or disappointments.

From there, the business started growing naturally through trust and referrals. People began reaching out to me for palm oil investment, farmland acquisition, agricultural setup, land purchases, cattle investment, and cooperative savings and contributions.

Before investment became my full focus, I was also known for producing and selling Islamic traditional herbal medicine (Agbo Sunnah). At that time, many people knew me as Sisi Ayoola Alagbo Sunnah, especially after Allah used me to help a woman in Canada battling breast cancer through herbal treatment and guidance.

As my investment business continued to grow, one of my friends advised me to officially register the business. That was how the name Sisi Ayoola Investment Nigeria Limited was born.

Today, I help people buy farmland, set up agricultural projects, monitor farms, harvest produce, invest in cash crops, and build long-term wealth through agriculture and real estate.

As of 2026, I manage over 830 acres of farmland dedicated to crops such as palm trees, cocoa, cashew, cassava, yam, and other agricultural investments. I also plant on over 1,000 acres yearly as a full-time farmer, run palm oil of ₦150 million, and run cattle of ₦50 million.

Today, through trustworthiness, transparency, and accountability, my business has gained global recognition. I now export Nigerian products such as charcoal, cocoa, palm oil, garri, yam, elubo, and other agricultural products.

Through life experiences, marriage challenges, and personal struggles, I discovered another purpose attached to my journey — empowering women. I realized many women suffer because they lack financial independence, self-worth, confidence, or valuable skills. That realization inspired me to use my platform to encourage women to become financially stable, business-minded, skilled, and confident in themselves.

At some point, I told myself: "This is what I was created for — helping people build their future with ease." That same mindset pushed me back to school. After having five children, I made the bold decision to continue my education and pursue my dreams.

In 2024, I sat for WAEC, NABTEB, NECO, and JAMB. I scored 181 in JAMB and gained admission into a university in 2025 to study Business Administration.

I have also helped many people overcome financial hardship through my cooperative and contribution programs, which have been running successfully since 2021 without any record of fraud, bad reputation, or failed accountability.

From almost nothing, Allah raised me into a woman of purpose, impact, and influence. My story is proof that honesty still pays, consistency brings growth, faith can change destiny, a woman can rebuild her life at any stage, and your background does not determine your future.
